Cephalosporin:
AGP has a dedicated facility for Cephalosporin producing sterile and
non-sterile dosage forms, like powder injectables, dry suspension and capsules.
The area has been built to meet the current cGMP requirements and national
environmental standards. Complete segregation is maintained for materials and
personnel.
This facility has the most modern air handling system where
temperature-controlled and dehumidified air is circulated through HEPA filters
in all production departments as per their requirements. Treated and filtered
compressed air is supplied at points of use. A powerful dust extraction system
is installed in all processing areas passing outlet air through HEPA filters to
avoid environmental pollution.

AGP ensures that the Production Operations are carried out in compliance with the local regulations and company standards. AGP believes in involvement of its employees at every step and provides adequate training to its employees for continual improvement at the work place. The plant and the manufacturing processes are operated in a manner where Environment, Health and Safety are not compromised. Our objectives are to eliminate all injuries, illness, prevent health and environmental impacts and reduce waste and emissions.
At AGP safety is the most important day to day consideration while carrying out the Technical Operations. AGP believes that accidents are preventable through attention to hazards and appropriate action by each individual.
